I want to scream!

Abi has had the week from hell this past week. She's not sleeping well anymore, she's a lot more fussy and just not herself. She isn't teething doesn't seem to be sick or anything ... I've heard it's the 4 month " sleep regression"... Whatever that means. All I know is hubby and I are frustrated and sleep deprived....
