that I'd hoped I'd never have to do. I joined weight watchers. I am way too heavy for being 5'3". Not a good combination. At one point last year I was up to the heaviest I've ever been. I started counting calories, went on slimfast and lost 8 lbs. Then I found the HCG diet. It sounded wonderful! You eat what they tell you and take these drops under your tongue and you lose 2-3 lbs a day! Crazy! Well, it was crazy. I was always starving, and had horrific migraines. That's mainly because I was only consuming 500 calories a day. Thank goodness it was only for about 3 weeks. I lost a respectable bit of weight just in time for my wedding. But unfortunately (and obviously) I have gained almost all of it back.
My husband and I want to start a family in the next few years. I HAVE to lose weight in preparation for trying to get pregnant. I want to be healthy so that I can have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. So I joined weight watchers in the hopes that the structure will help, and be easier than counting calories.
